1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard shipping takes 4-7 business days. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

2. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you’re in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area, you can select “Local Pickup” at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready, typically within 24-48 hours, unless item is specified as a pre-order.

3. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its progress.

4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items. We strive to keep shipping as affordable as possible while ensuring quick delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that sale items and accessories are final sale.

2. How do I make a return?
To start a return, contact us at dreasclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide you with return instructions. Once return is received, a store credit will be issued.

3. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we offer exchanges on items that are in stock. If you'd like a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
