Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. We do not refund shipping costs and you are responsible for shipping costs (if applicable) back to us. Please note that sale items, shoes and accessories are final sale. 

2. How do I make a return?
To start a return, contact us at info@dreasboutique.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide you with return instructions. Once return is received, a store credit will be issued.

3. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we offer exchanges on items that are in stock. If you'd like a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
