Orders & Shipping

1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard shipping takes 4-7 business days. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

2. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you’re in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area, you can select “Local Pickup” at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready, typically within 24-48 hours. Pickup items MUST BE picked up within 2 weeks of order fulfillment. Pickup hours are Monday through Sunday from 7:30AM to 8:30PM. 

3. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its progress.

4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is always $5, no matter where we are shipping your item, or the item weight! 


Pre-Orders

1. What does it mean when an item is on pre-order?
Pre-order items are products that aren’t currently in stock but will be arriving soon. The expected arrival date is listed on the product page. As soon as the item arrives, we’ll ship it to you or notify you for local pickup.

2. Will my order be delayed if I purchase a pre-order item along with in-stock items?
Yes, any in-stock items purchased with a pre-order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order arrives. If you’d prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order, or contact us directly! 


Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that sale items and accessories are final sale.

2. How do I make a return?
To start a return, contact us at dreasclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide you with return instructions. Once return is received, a store credit will be issued.

3. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we offer exchanges on items that are in stock. If you'd like a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.


Sizing & Product Information

1. How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes sizing information to help you find the perfect fit. If you’re still unsure, feel free to reach out to us for sizing advice—we’re happy to help!

2. Are your products true to size?
Most of our items fit true to size, but we recommend checking the size chart for each specific product as sizing can vary slightly by style and brand.

3. What materials are your products made from?
We carefully select high-quality fabrics to ensure our products are comfortable, durable, and stylish. You can find material details in the product description on each item’s page.

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal for secure, easy checkout.
